Our fee policy
At Refurnish, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent - especially when it comes to fees.
Free to list
There’s no cost to list your item on Refurnish. You can upload photos, set your price, and reach buyers across the UK without paying a penny up front.
What we charge
- When your item sells, we charge a 20% service fee to the seller
- Buyers don’t pay any service fees - only shipping, if required

Sellers can choose to promote their listing to increase visibility and help it sell faster. Promotion fees are only charged if the item sells. Available options include:

Appear higher in search results (+5% fee)
Homepage highlight
Feature your item on the homepage (+10% fee)
Maximum exposure
Combines search boost and homepage highlight (+12.5% fee)
Promotions are optional and can be selected when creating or editing a listing.
